- 40% of the agreed fee will be paid upfront before the project starts.
- 60% of the payment is due upon project completion.
Payments can be made via our profiles on trusted platforms such as
Upwork and
Fiverr, or directly through other agreed methods.
4.2 Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed upon.
- If a project is canceled before significant progress is made. All refunds will be processed according to our internal review. Please contact our support team for any refund requests.
5. Project Timelines
We strive to meet deadlines agreed upon at the start of each project. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays. If delays occur, we will communicate them to you promptly. Any revisions to deadlines will be mutually agreed upon.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, and information required for the successful completion of the project. Delays in delivering these materials may result in project delays.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services, the client will own the final deliverables, excluding any third-party licensed software or tools. We reserve the right to use the project in our portfolio unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client.
8. Revisions and Changes
All projects include a set number of revisions as per the initial agreement. Any additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
9. Limitation of Liability
WDev Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up until that point. Termination of services will not result in a refund unless covered under our refund policy.
11. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all information shared with us during the course of a project. Any proprietary or sensitive information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit consent.
12. Governing Law
